Wining: From low-yield vineyards in Damasi, Tyrnavos. Pre-fermentation extraction and the wine remaining on fine lees for 5 months.

Characteristics: Crystalline light yellow color with greenish highlights. Rich citrus aromas. Full-bodied, oily mouth with a balance of alcohol and acidity and an intense aftertaste.

Aged for up to 3 years.
